David Sinclair: A scientist who claims "old age is a disease" and can be treated

Old age is real and inevitable, it becomes the destiny of everyone. This situation is nearing the end of human life, but geneticist David Sinclair denies that.

According to a study conducted more than two decades ago, he says that it is possible to prevent premature aging, based on a number of factors in order to keep a person healthy for a long time.

Sinclair believes that it will soon be possible to eliminate old age by using drugs as well, which are still being tested for this purpose and perhaps we will be able to eliminate old age.

The scientist, who is a doctor from the University of Australia, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States, works in a Harvard University laboratory where he is researching why we grow old.

He has gotten a few logical honors for his work. Also, he has even turned into a big name. He has been casted a ballot as one of the 100 most powerful individuals on the planet, Time magazine composed. The magazine has almost 200,000 twitter adherents.

The researcher also has 35 patients and founded several scientific companies, some of which focused on aging or preventing aging.

Sinclair is also the author of Lifespan's book which looks at the prospects for living days, it emerged as the best-selling book.

He wrote about the popular belief in old age inevitably.

The scientist believes that we must change our perceptions of how we think about age: instead of seeing it as just a normal process and a natural phenomenon, we should see it as a disease that can be treated and cured.

Sinclair says this is a major change in our attitude toward old age that can help prolong life.

And to abandon the superstition that everyone must grow old.

He likewise says that treatment can assist us with living, on the off chance that we need to approach that in a serious way.

Why do we grow old?

Scientists have identified nine possible causes for aging, and in his research of the past 25 years, we have found evidence that among the evidence is that one evidence causes another problem and includes loss of information.

We have two kinds of data about our bodies, one is acquired from our folks and the other is defenseless against the climate and time. I think these are the justifications for why we develop old.

You say we don't need to be old, why?

There is no organic law that says we should be old. We don't have the foggiest idea how to dispose of this idea yet we can be vastly improved in the event that we reduce this.

And the laboratory can perform that process.

The way we live every day has a huge impact on our daily lives and even shortens our days of living.

Doing the right thing can slow down the process.

In our study of animals like rats and even sharks and elephants who have different life patterns and can live in different ages

Furthermore, more than 80% of our future health care depends on how we live and not on seven-DNA.

There are things that scientists have discovered in people who live longer.

When they include the right kind of food and the amount a person eats, not eating fatty foods or eating too little can often live longer.

Exercise also helps.

Furthermore, there are the individuals who think changing the temperature of a water temperature is additionally significant.

How do these components assist with decreasing the maturing system?

The reason why scientists believe that certain forms of life can help the body fight the disease of old age.

Feeling cold, irritable, and unable to breathe are other ways to gain lasting immunity.

Research believes that exercising properly and eating the right foods will help slow down the aging process.

Old age causes numerous sicknesses like coronary illness, diabetes and different infections.

So the idea of making a person young, will make him live longer.

In a recent study published in the journal Nature, it has raised the issue of ancient civilization.

This shows that due to the activities we do, we cannot delay aging or prevent people from aging.

200 years prior, people were fit for going at the speed of a horse. There are advances that we can use to tackle that issue and improve life.
