Apple juices are being removed from the market in seven African nations

Apple juice (apple) produced by the South African company Ceres has been removed from the market in seven African countries because of its high levels of toxins.

These juices contain a sort of poison created by certain organisms in their apples and items.

Research center examinations show that Ceres juices have a higher poisonousness level than the reasonable degree of 50 microgrammes per liter.

These juices are sold in DRC, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Uganda, Seychelles and Mauritius.

This juice has a significant market in the Eastern and Southern nations (Comesa) and customers have been asked to return the juices purchased from 14 and 30 June 2021
